Renting property in Phuket
Whether you are moving to the island or staying for a season, the right rental starts with clear dates, a clear budget and properties that are really free. This is how our team helps.
1.Your dates and budget
Tell us your monthly budget, the areas you like, how many bedrooms you need, your move-in date and how long you plan to stay. Let us know about pets, furniture or anything else that matters to you.
2.Rentals that are actually available
We suggest rentals that fit and check with the owner that they are free for your dates. Every property on our site shows the date its availability was last confirmed.
3.Viewings
We arrange viewings at times that suit you and answer your questions about each property and its area.
4.Before you sign
Read the lease carefully: the rent, the deposit, which bills and services are included, the notice period and the condition of the property when you move in. Ask for anything unclear in writing. We help clarify the terms with the owner; for legal questions, ask a lawyer.
This page describes how our team works. It is not legal, tax or investment advice. Rules on ownership, leases and taxes depend on your circumstances — take independent advice from a qualified lawyer in Thailand before you pay a deposit or sign anything.
