THAILAND ASSETSPhuket

Privacy Policy

Effective: 7 September 2026

This policy explains what personal information Thailand Assets collects when you use this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the control you have over it.

1. Who we are

Thailand Assets is a property marketplace for Phuket operated by GoITExpress Phuket Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"), which is the data controller for the information described here. The platform's technology and growth services are provided by Digital Momentum, which processes information on our instructions.

2. What we collect

We only collect what we need to pass your enquiry to the right person and to keep the site working:

  • The contact details you submit through an enquiry, viewing request, match request, property listing request or agent application — your name, and any phone number, email address, message and preferred contact channel you choose to give.
  • The search criteria you submit with a match request: area, budget, property type, bedrooms, intended use and move-in timeframe.
  • A record of your consent: the date and time you agreed to be contacted, and the page you submitted the form from.
  • Campaign and referral information — UTM parameters and the referring website — so we know which channel brought you here.
  • Technical information processed automatically to keep the site secure and to block automated submissions.

3. Why we use it, and on what basis

We use your information to pass your enquiry to the listing agent, to respond to you ourselves where no agent is involved, and to improve the service. Where you submit a form, we rely on the consent you give at the point of submission, as required by Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562. Security and anti-spam processing relies on our legitimate interest in keeping the platform usable. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

4. Sharing with the listing agent

When you send an enquiry or viewing request about a specific property, your name and the contact details and message you provided are passed to the agent responsible for that listing so they can reply to you directly. That agent is an independent business and becomes a separate controller of your information from that moment; how they handle it afterwards is governed by their own practices. If you would rather not have your details shared with an agent, use the general contact form instead of a property enquiry.

5. Other recipients

Beyond the listing agent, your information may be handled by:

  • Our hosting and database provider, which stores the platform's data and may process it on servers outside Thailand under appropriate safeguards.
  • The customer relationship and automation tools we use to route and follow up on enquiries.
  • Professional advisers, and public authorities, where we are required or permitted by law to disclose information.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for twenty-four months from your last contact with us, so that agents and our team can follow up and so that we can resolve any dispute about what was agreed. After that they are deleted or irreversibly anonymised. Records we are required to keep for tax, accounting or legal reasons are retained for the period the law specifies.

7. Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act you may ask us to:

  • Give you access to, or a copy of, the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct information that is inaccurate, out of date or incomplete.
  • Delete your information, where we have no continuing lawful reason to keep it.
  • Stop or restrict a particular use of your information, or withdraw the consent you gave.
  • Receive your information in a portable format, or transfer it to another controller where that is technically possible.

8. How to make a request, including deletion

Send your request through the contact form on this site, or to the email address on our contact page, saying which of the rights above you want to use. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act, and we will respond within thirty days. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything lawfully done before you withdrew it. Note that an agent you have already contacted holds their own copy of your details as a separate controller — ask them directly if you want that deleted too, and tell us if they do not comply. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee in Thailand.

9. Cookies and browser storage

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The site stores your language preference, keeps agent and administrator sign-in sessions active, and holds any campaign parameters that brought you here for the duration of your visit so that an enquiry you submit later is attributed to the right channel. You can clear this at any time through your browser settings.

10. Listings supplied by third-party agents

Property listings, photographs, prices and agent profiles on this site are supplied by independent estate agents, not by us. We review listings before publication and require agents to re-confirm availability regularly, but we do not own or inspect the properties and cannot guarantee that every detail is complete or current. Any personal information an agent chooses to include in a listing is that agent's responsibility.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service develops. The effective date at the top of this page always identifies the current version, and any material change will be announced here before it takes effect.

12. Contact

Questions about this policy, or about how your information is handled, should be sent to GoITExpress Phuket Co., Ltd. through the contact page on this site.
