1. Who we are

Thailand Assets is a real estate agency in Phuket operated by GoITExpress Phuket Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”), which is the data controller for the information described here.

2. What we collect

We only collect what we need to answer your enquiry and to keep the site working:

• The contact details you submit through an enquiry, viewing request, match request or property submission — your name, and any phone number, email address, message and preferred contact channel you choose to give.
• The search criteria you submit with a match request: area, budget, property type, bedrooms, intended use and move-in timeframe.
• A record of your consent: the date and time you agreed to be contacted, and the page you submitted the form from.
• Campaign and referral information — UTM parameters and the referring website — so we know which channel brought you here.
• Technical information processed automatically to keep the site secure and to block automated submissions.

3. Why we use it, and on what basis

We use your information to answer your enquiry, to arrange viewings and follow up with you, to discuss marketing your property if you submitted one, and to improve the service. Where you submit a form, we rely on the consent you give at the point of submission, as required by Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562. Security and anti-spam processing relies on our legitimate interest in keeping the site usable. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

4. When your details go to someone else

Enquiries about our team's listings, and general enquiries, come to our team; we share your details with a property's owner only where that is needed to answer you or arrange a viewing. When you send an enquiry or viewing request about a partner agent's listing, your name and the contact details and message you provided go to that agent so they can reply to you directly. That agent is an independent business and becomes a separate controller of your information from that moment. If you would rather not share your details with a partner agent, use the general contact form instead.

5. Other recipients

Your information may also be handled by:

• Our hosting and database provider, which stores the platform's data and may process it on servers outside Thailand under appropriate safeguards.
• When email notifications are enabled, the email service we use to tell our team about a new enquiry. A notification contains your name, contact details, message and the property concerned, and goes only to the Thailand Assets team inbox. No notification is sent to our team for an enquiry about a partner agent's listing.
• Professional advisers, and public authorities, where we are required or permitted by law to disclose information.

6. Plan payments by partner agents

Agents who buy a paid plan pay by bank transfer, upload a copy of their transfer receipt and may add a note. We use the receipt, the note and the payment details recorded with them only to verify the payment and to activate or renew the plan. Receipts are stored privately and are accessible only to the agent who submitted them and to authorised Thailand Assets administrators. We also record which administrator approved or rejected each payment, and when.

7. How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for twenty-four months from your most recent enquiry through this site, so that our team can follow up and so that we can resolve any dispute about what was agreed. We review stored enquiries every month and delete or irreversibly anonymise those older than that period. Records we are required to keep for tax, accounting or legal reasons are retained for the period the law specifies.

8. Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act you may ask us to:

• Give you access to, or a copy of, the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct information that is inaccurate, out of date or incomplete.
• Delete your information, where we have no continuing lawful reason to keep it.
• Stop or restrict a particular use of your information, or withdraw the consent you gave.
• Receive your information in a portable format, or transfer it to another controller where that is technically possible.

9. How to make a request, including deletion

Send your request through the contact form on this site, or to the email address on our contact page, saying which of the rights above you want to use. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act, and we will respond within thirty days. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything lawfully done before you withdrew it. Note that an agent you have already contacted holds their own copy of your details as a separate controller — ask them directly if you want that deleted too, and tell us if they do not comply. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee in Thailand.

10. Cookies and browser storage

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The site stores your language preference, keeps sign-in sessions active for our team and partner agents, and holds any campaign parameters that brought you here for the duration of your visit so that an enquiry you submit later is attributed to the right channel. You can clear this at any time through your browser settings.

11. Listing information

Our team prepares our agency's listings with the property's owner, using information the owner provides. A listing is not a survey, valuation or title check, and its details may be incomplete or change. Partner agents prepare and publish their own listings and are responsible for their accuracy. Verify the details that matter to you before you commit to anything.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service develops. The effective date at the top of this page always identifies the current version, and any material change will be announced here before it takes effect.
