Every listing is reviewed before it goes live, agents are asked to confirm regularly that a property is still available, and each listing shows the date that confirmation was last given. When an agent stops confirming, we say so on the listing rather than quietly leaving it up.

Your enquiry goes to the agent responsible for that property — by WhatsApp, LINE, phone or form. We do not resell your details to a dozen agencies.
What verification actually means
Listing review
Before a listing is published our team checks that it is complete and plausible, that the photographs belong to the property, and that it is not a duplicate of something already on the site. Agents are then prompted to re-confirm availability on a regular cycle, and listings that go unconfirmed are flagged and eventually removed from search.
Agent verification
A verified agent has supplied identity and business documentation that our team has checked. Verification covers the agent, not any individual transaction, and it can be withdrawn at any time.
Verification is a quality filter, not a guarantee. We do not inspect properties, hold funds, or act for either side in a transaction. Always take independent Thai legal and tax advice before committing to a purchase or a lease.
