For agents
Thailand Assets is now a Phuket real estate agency. Our own team handles our listings and works with buyers, tenants and property owners personally.
New agent registration is closed
We no longer accept new external agent accounts. Our registration page stays online so that older links still explain what has changed, but it does not create new agent accounts.
Existing partner agents
If you already have an agent account, nothing about your access changes. You continue as a partner agent under our Terms of Service and your current plan.
- You sign in and use your dashboard as before.
- Your listings, photos and profile stay yours, and you can keep publishing and editing them within your plan's allowance.
- Enquiries about your listings still go to you.
- Confirm each listing's availability at least every 45 days. A listing that is not reconfirmed in time is taken out of search until you confirm it again.
Plans for partner agents
Partner agents keep their current plan rights, including renewing or upgrading a paid plan. The allowance is the total number of properties on the account.

Paid plans are bought by bank transfer from your dashboard and are activated once our team has verified the payment. They run for one month and do not renew automatically.
